Loan Signing Service Fees (California)
All notarizations included in package price. Fees are based on one signer. Additional signers may increase cost.
Standard Loan Packages
Buyer’s Package: $150 – $200
Seller’s Package: $125 – $175
Refinance Package: $150 – $200
HELOC (Home Equity Line of Credit): $125 – $175
Loan Modification: $100 – $150
Reverse Mortgage: $200 – $275 (longer signing, more documents)
Additional Fees
Travel Fee (within 15 miles): Included in package
Extended Travel (15–30 miles): +$35
Printing & Document Handling: Included (up to 2 sets of 150 pages each; extra sets +$30)
Additional Signer / Witness Needed: +$25–$50 each
After-Hours / Weekend Appointments: +$50

REQUIRED: Valid Identification (This is a MUST)
All signers must present a valid, non-expired ID issued by the State (DMV) or Federal government (e.g., Military, IRS, DOJ, FBI).
This is a legal requirement for all notarial acts — no exceptions.
✅ Acceptable Forms of Identification (Non-Expired Only):
State-issued driver’s license
State-issued identification card
U.S. passport (issued by the U.S. Department of State)
U.S. military ID
State, county, or local government-issued IDs
County Jail or CDCR inmate ID
U.S. Permanent Resident Card (“Green Card”)
Foreign passport
Driver’s license officially issued in Mexico or Canada

Once I receive your service request:
I will contact you via text, call, or email to confirm receipt.
You will receive your quote once I review the request.
If I’m currently with another client, I may not answer immediately — but I will follow up as soon as possible.
